Dans cette vidéo, je vous montre un plat très populaire de mon pays d'origine, le Cameroun, qui s'appelle Ndole ( Ndolé ).
Ingrédients:
-500g arachides dépulpés
-600g feuilles de ndolè sechés
-Poisson fumé
-Viande de boeuf péalablement cuite
-Crevettes fraiches
-Écrevices sec
- cube
-Sel
-Oignons
-Gingembre
-Ail
-Plantain mûr comme complément.
-200 ml d huile
Je vous propose ma recette du ndole, plat typique du Cameroun fait à base de feuilles d’amarante :
- 1kg de feuilles de ndole
-1 kg d’arachides sans peau
- 1kg de bœuf
- 3 oignons 🧅
- 2 têtes d’ail soit une poignée plein de gousses d’ail
- du piment
- des écrevisses séchées / du cube crevette
Optionel :
- du blanc de poireau
- du gingembre

Helle tout le monde jespere que vous allez bien aujourd'hui je partage avec vous comment moi je cuisine le ndole un plat camerounais.je vous propose une recette simple et facile a realiser meme pour des amateurs en cuisine. le ndole se mange avec des batons de manioc, des tubercules de manioc, de ligname blanc bouilli ou frit, du plantain mur bouilli ou frit, du couscous de mais ou de semoule, bref les complements du Ndole camerounais sont tres varies.
Alors pour cette recette simple et facile du ndole, j'ai utilise les ingredients suivant:
- 350g d'arachides blancs trempe a la veille ou bouilli pendant environ 30 minutes
- 300g de ndole.poid du ndole bouilli (avec du bicarbonate) et essore
- 30g ou plus de crevettes fumees
- 800g de viande de boeuf (la quantite depend vraiment de votre preference)
- 500g d'oignons (environ 5 oignons moyens)
- 50g de poireau (juste la partie blanche)
- 50g d'ail
- 1 piment rouge
- du poivre blanc ou noir (environ 2 cuilleres a cafe)

Ingredients
15 lasagna noodles
3 cans of chopped tomatoes
2 cans of tomato paste (6oz each)
4 eggs
2 onions
8 cloves of garlic
Hot pepper (to taste)
Cheeses of choice (Italian style mix, Mexican style mix, parmesan cheese) to taste
Salt (to taste)
1 ½ cup of water
2 lbs of ground meat
4 tablespoons of white pepper
2 tablespoons of black pepper
1 tablespoons of paprika
1 tablespoon of parsley leaves
1 tablespoon of dry basil leaves
1 teaspoon of oregano leaves
10 grains of djensang (optional)
Cube optional
3 leaves of bay leaves (optional)
Preparation
In a frying pan or pot, pour the meat and bring it to a steam for 8 minutes, Let cook for 5 mins on low heat.
Add onions to the meat and let cook for 5 mins
Add the tomatoes paste and let cook for 15 minutes on low to medium heat
In a clean pot, boil water and add 3 pinches of salt and cook the lasagna spaghetti for 5 to 8 mins on medium heat. Drain the spaghetti and rinse with cold water to prevent the spaghetti from sticking together.
Add to the ground beef soup, black pepper, paprika, salt, chili, cilantro, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic and 1 cup of water. Let cook for 20 more minutes on low heat.
Making of cheese mixture
In a mixing bowl, break the egg and add to it, the cheeses of choice, add 2 pinch of salt, ½ of parsley leaves, ½ of cilantro leaves. Mix together until getting a smooth texture.
Putting your lasagna together for baking
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
In a baking bowl, add 2 cooking spoons of the cooked tomatoes. Spread to cover the whole bottom of the bowl.
Place 4 lasagna spaghetti
Add half of the mixed cheese (eggs cheese and seasoning)
Add another layer of the tomatoes sauce
Add shredded cheese on top
Repeat steps 3-6
Cover the dish with aluminum foil, place into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes (depending on the oven it might take less or more time) , remove the aluminum foil and change the oven to broil. Let it cook for 10 more minutes.
When ready let it cool down at least 10 minutes before serving.

Ndole and Ripe Plantain
Ingredients:
700 gr of bitter leaves
750 gr of meat of choice
3 of dry Cod fish
350 gr of peanut without skin
500 of fresh shrimp
1 big onion cut into desired shape
4 large leek branches
2 big onions cut into large cubes
1 bulb of garlic or 7 cloves of medium size garlic
1 tablespoon of ginger
200 ml of cooking oil
Salt (to taste)
Cub (to taste)
2 tablespoons of white pepper
1 ½ tablespoons of black pepper
Hot pepper (to taste)
10 ripe plantain
Water
Preparation
In a pot, boil the peanut with ¼ of cut onion on medium heat for 15 minutes
In a separate pot boil the meat with salt, black pepper and ¼ of cut onions until desired cooked level
Remove the peanut and blend until it is smooth on the touch
In an empty pot, pour the blended peanut and cook on low heat for 30 minutes
If the water leaves are dry, boil them with kosher salt for 45 minutes and rinse it at least 5 times to take out the bitter tastes. If the leaves are fresh, boil them with kosher salt for 20 minutes and rinse multiple times until the bitter taste is almost gone.
Add the bitter leaves to the peanut and let it boil for another 15 minutes
Peel the plantains, cut each in half, place in an empty pot, add water past the plantains and boil on medium heat until cooked.
Remove the cooked meat and add the bitter leaves and peanut along with the water from the boiled meat, add the smoked fish and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Blend the garlic, ginger, 2 onions, hot pepper, and leek leaves together, and add to the bitter leaves soup and let cook on low heat for 20 minutes
In a frying pan pour the cooking oil, add the fresh shrimp, add some salt and the ½ cut onion and fry together.
Add to the soup black/white pepper and add water if needed
Add the fried shrimp into the soup and add salt (to taste), cube (to taste). Close the pot, reduce the fire to low, let it cook for 10 more mins.
Serve the Ndole with the boiled plantain hot

No matter how you call it in your country or native language. One snack that unites as Africans is the famous "Puff Puff". Can be found in any African event and it is eaten by everyone. You can eat this alone or pair it with your favorite soup.
Ingredients
Flour - 750 gr
Sugar - 100gr
Salt - 1 tsp
Yeast - 4.5 tsp
Water - 4 cups
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients (flour, salt, sugar, and yeast), mix together.
Gradually add water as you mix the ingredients together
Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour or more. The longer the better.
When you start seeing little bubbles in the doubt after an hour, it is ready to be deep fried.
Heat up your oil
Using your hands or an ice cream scoop, for little balls and drop slowly into the hot oil let fry while you stir slowly. Let cook until you obtain a light golden color, remove and let cool before serving.

Ingredients
Banana 18
Salt 1tsp
Yeast 2 tbsps
Samolina 1 cup
Mase flour 2 cups
Corn meal (coarse) ½ cup
Frying oil
Preparation
Peel the ripe bananas and place in a bowl. Mash the banana to a smooth texture.
Add salt and yeast mix well.
Add semolina, corn meal, and mase flour and mix all well.
Cover the dough and rise while heating the oil.
Using a table spoon, (To prevent the dough from sticking to the spoon, deep the spoon into the oil).
Let fry until achieving a golden brown color, remove and let cool.
Serve warm.

Hello guy and welcome back to my channel. Today i am making the special traditional meal called Eru in Cameroon, also called in nigeria Okazi, Afang or Callaba soup.

Ingredients
Water leaf or Spinach - 5lb
Eru - 100gr
Salt (to taste)
Cube (optional)
Dry shrimp - 3 cups
Palm oil - (to taste)
Vegetable oil- (optional)
Dry fish - (to taste)
Beef - (to taste)
Kanda (cow skin) - (to taste)
Turkey - (optional)
Preparation
Soap the eru for at least 8 hours to soften it (if the eru is not fresh)
In a pot, cook the cow skin and turkey
Pour vegetable oil into a pot and add the cooked turkey and the fresh meat, season with salt and let cook for 7 minutes.
Add spinach stir and bring into a boil until cooked
Wash and add the eru into the spinach and let cook for 7 minutes
Add hot pepper, dry fish and cooked cow skin. Season with salt, cube and palm oil to taste. Stirr and let cook on low heat for 5 minute.
Add dry shrimp and let cook for 5 more minutes.
Making of gary
In a pot bring water to boil
Reduce water level once boiled and add gary
Stir gary until getting a dough like texture
Wrap and store to be eaten with the eru
Serve eru with gary hot.
