This declicious meal can be made with just a few ingredients. Are you not a fan of meat? No problem, no need to add meat.

Ingredients
Plantain - 14
Peanut butter - (6 tbsp) or to taste
Onion - 2 medium
Dry fish - 1 cups
Dry shrimp - optional
Salt - to taste
Cube - optional
Hot pepper - to taste
Black pepper - 3 tsps
Leek leaves - 1 cup
Tomatoes - 4 medium
Garlic-
Ginger -
Water

Preparation
Peel your plantains, cut it into desired shape, wash and place into a cooking pot.
Add water half way into the pot, add salt and let cook for minutes
Blend spices (leek leaves, hot pepper, onion, ginger, garlic, black pepper, tomatoes)
Add blended spices and let cook more minutes
Add peanut butter to tastes and let cook
Add dry fish, dry shrimp, add water as needed, and let cook till plantain is well cooked. Add salt as needed.
Serve hot. Can also be eaten with avocado on the side
